Questions everyone asks

Is the ₹15 really the final price?

Yes — it's billed monthly in INR per active employee. GST is added where applicable. There are no per-feature, per-admin or per-approval add-ons in Standard.

What counts as an 'active employee'?

Anyone with a login on your URHRMS workspace during the billing month. Offboard them and they stop counting from the next cycle.

Do you offer a free trial?

Yes — 14 days, no credit card required. We'll provision your tenant subdomain and walk you through setup.

Can we pay annually for a discount?

Yes. Annual contracts get a discount and locked-in pricing — talk to sales on the Enterprise plan, or mention it during onboarding for Standard.

What if we grow past 1,000 employees?

You can stay on Standard, or move to Enterprise for volume pricing, SLA, SSO/SCIM and a dedicated success manager.

Who owns our data?

You do. Every tenant is isolated, RLS-protected at the database level, and exportable on request.
